Important form rules & documents to keep ready

Step-wise form: Complete each step in order. Required fields are validated before you can move to the next step.
Mobile numbers: Your mobile number and Guardian's mobile number must be different valid 10-digit numbers.
Age: Minimum age is 15 years (Date of Birth and Age must match).
Allowed file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF (passport photo: JPG/PNG only).
Step 1 — Admission Base (12th stream): HSC marksheet required (max 1 MB). Total marks must be between 450 and 750.
Step 1 — Admission Base (D2D stream): D2D stream selection is required. Sem-5 and Sem-6 marksheets required (max 1 MB each).
Step 2 — Basic Details: Passport photo (max 800 KB), Leaving Certificate (max 1 MB), and ID Proof (max 1 MB) are required.
Step 2 — ID Proof: Pan Card or Aadhar Card only. Enter number in correct format (Aadhar: XXXX XXXX XXXX, PAN: ABCDE1234F).
Step 3 — Current Education: Course name, college/school name, and semester/standard are required. Fee receipt is optional (max 1 MB).
File upload: If selected file exceeds the limit, an alert will appear — please choose a file under 1 MB (photo under 800 KB).
Step 4 — Income Details: At least one family member's income details with occupation and address are required.
Before you start: Scan or photograph all related course documents clearly and check file sizes so uploads are not rejected.
